Frequently Asked Questions

Q. I can't see the list of prices after I have saved an item to a room yet all the levels of the item are illuminated?
A. Click on the end of the illuminated line to show the prices again

Q. What does Additional Notes mean?
A. These are notes to help you with an item that pop up when the prices appear. Under Ottoman for example it may say See also BlanketBoxes

Q. Connection is greyed out why is that?
A. Later on this will be for uploading your inventory over the Internet to SecureInventories for safe storage

Q. I have changed the details of one of my items and now want to save it but Save is greyed out and not available
A. The item is ready for updating rather than saving. Click Update.

Q. How much information can I put into the Notes box?
A. Lots - probably more than you will ever need

Q. Why do little Hover boxes appear above or below when I put the cursor on an item?
A. Some descriptions are wider than the columns so you need the hover box to see it all.

Q. The Save box is greyed out but I want to save an item
A. You probably have clicked on one of the items in the current room (it will be highlighted). It is thus available for updating rather than saving. Click on the last column of the item description to make save available again. Don't forget to select your price or enter any details you want before saving.
