How to receive a new catalogue

Firstly, your annual subscription needs to be valid (included in the first year). Your application will tell you if your subscription needs renewing.
New catalogues with up-to-date prices and products will be made available at regular intervals. Your software will tell you whether you need to install the new catalogue after you have downloaded it.
Make sure you have selected your Internet connection under Connection/Options.
Click on Receive a New Catalogue under Connections
Your software will automatically connect you to the SecureInventories website.
When the Get the Latest Product Catalogue box appears click Get Catalogue and the download will start. It should take less than a minute but this depends on your connection.
The application will then tell you if your existing catalogue needs updating. Downloading the new catalogue will not affect those items already chosen for your inventory. It may have revised prices but it will not alter those you had previously selected.
Click Close to close the Connection Box and stay on line (in case you want to Send Your Inventory, receive an RPI - UK only Update or do other work online)
Click Hang Up to hang up and close the connection. Alternatively, you can close quickly by clicking the computer icon alongside Modem Connected at the bottom of the screen

Note: Please make sure that your modem is disconnected
