How to send your inventory to SecureInventories (Upload)

  • Firstly, your annual subscription needs to be valid (included in the first year). The software will tell you if your subscription needs renewing.
  • Sending your Inventory to SecureInventories is a quick, easy and secure way of storing your inventory away from your home.
  • Make sure you have selected your Internet connection under Connection/Options.
  • Click on Send Your Inventory under Connections
  • The software will automatically connect you to the SecureInventories website.
  • When the Send Your Inventory box appears click Send and your encrypted inventory will be sent via a secure link to SecureInventories.
  • You will receive an email in a day or so from SecureInventories to confirm that your inventory has been safely received
  • Click Close to close the Connection Box and stay on line (in case you want to receive a new Catalogue, receive an RPI - UK only Update or do other work online)
  • Click Hang Up to hang up and close the connection. Alternatively, you can close quickly by clicking the computer icon alongside Modem Connected at the bottom of the screen
  • If you do not want to send your Inventory via the secure Internet link, you can send a floppy disc. Make sure you have a floppy disc in the A drive, then click Send Your Inventory and then Save. Send this disc with no references to your address or other enclosures to: Secure Inventories Ltd, Singleton Court Business Park, Wonastow Road, MONMOUTH, NP25 5JA . DO NOT send backup files - use the method above.
  • Note: Please make sure that your modem is disconnected
