Updating an item to a room with the same price

You have updated an item to a price that already exists for the same item in this room.

Click:

• Yes and any notes (Make, Model, Serial no, Certificate no, Your notes) that you type for this item will be added to the bottom (appended) to the notes already there for the other item. This is because the computer can only store one item at the same price in any one room.
• No and the current details overwrite what was there before.
  THE PREVIOUS NOTES WILL BE LOST.
• Cancel to do nothing and return

If you want to still save it as a separate item, you could change the price by a penny.
