How to view or print a report

Select Reports from the menu bar and select the report you want.

Inventory of Rooms. This lists the whole house by room. You can either have the Summary Report giving the total number of items and total value in each room or a Full Report listing all the items in each room with the price, quantity, notes and other items for each plus subtotals and grand totals.
Items Over a Certain Value. Useful for insurance purposes. Enter the value. The report lists the room, price, quantity and totals of items over that value.
Matched Items. Useful if you cannot remember which room you put an item into. Enter the keyword and the report lists all items which contain the keyword - giving prices quantities and totals.
