As a subscriber you can send your inventory to us for secure storage away from your home or business.

Our security systems include:

• We keep your name / company and address physically separate from your inventory.
• We guarantee never to pass your details on to anyone else, including your insurer or insurance intermediary, unless specifically authorised by you in writing.
• Your name / company name and address is not part of your inventory.
• Your inventory is encrypted (scrambled) before it leaves you, and remains so whilst in our storage. We will check that it has arrived safely and confirm that to you by email. In the event of your having to make an insurance claim and if you authorise us to do so, we will send you a disc or printout of your inventory.
• Your inventory and backup copies are stored by us in separate and secure locations.
• Access to data by Secure Inventories staff is restricted to only the data which they need to do their jobs.
• All subscribers are welcome to send us a copy of their inventory by post if they wish.

Secure Inventories Limited takes care to protect our user's information both online and off-line. We are registered with the Data Protection Commissioner and abide by the spirit and word of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Computer Misuse Act 1990

Secure inventories Limited is an independent organisation. Any partnerships with insurers or insurance intermediaries are solely for the purposes of offering and marketing inventory software to businesses and homeowners.
