Storage of subscribers inventory files
Secure Inventories undertakes to

i. Keep your name and address physically separate from your inventory. Even though inventories are anonymous and encrypted, subscribers must be aware that it is their responsibility to make sure that their inventory does not contain any information that may indicate to a third party the address or identity of the subscriber.
ii. Ensure that all inventory files are encrypted before they leave the customer and remains so whilst in storage.
iii. Check that an inventory file has arrived safely at Secure Inventories offices and confirm this event to the subscriber by e-mal.
iv. Ensure that all inventories and backup copies are stored in secure locations.

Quality Control
Secure Inventories reserves the right to inspect inventory files submitted to them for storage to ensure the integrity of the data contained in the files. As previously stated these files are anonymous. From time to time Secure Inventories may inspect anonymous inventory files to validate the performance and coverage of the inventory programme.

Secure Inventories Limited
Secure Inventories is an independent privately owned company and is not in partnership or in any form of joint agreement with any other company or organisation. Any contracts to supply inventory software to a company or organisation will be strictly on a supplier and customer basis.

Secure Inventories takes every precaution to protect users information whilst they are on its web site. Credit/Debit card transactions are conducted using 128 bit encryption using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate

All Secure Inventories annual subscribers are welcome to send us a copy of their inventory by post if they wish.

iii. Staff
Secure Inventories undertakes to restrict access by members of staff to that part of any information held by Secure Inventories Limited that enables the member of staff to do his / her job.
